All orders placed over the internet must be ship within 24-hours by UPS. Please allow for weekend delays as business days only are calculated in this calculation. (This could delay the arrival of your package by up to two days.)

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us via phone or email. For phone, please call 626-869-6080 or email ewaayllc@gmail.com. Please remember we work very hard to get your order shipped out the day you place your order. Therefore, you only have up to 1 hour after you place your order to make a change before we ship it out.

Every time you attempt to place an order on the internet an authorization is made for that amount on your credit card. The authorization will turn into a charge when your order is processed and you will then be issued an order number. If the order, for some reason, did not go through, the authorization will clear off of your account. The average time is 3-5 days, depending on your banks or credit company policy.

For all orders placed with ewaay.com, an order confirmation emailed must be send to the customer. If you did not get an order number or confirmation email from us, the order most likely did not go through. However, we recommend that you call your bank or credit cards company to see whether a charge was made against your account. If there are no charges, we suggest placing the order again. UPS is our primary carriers of choice. Orders placed before 4:00PM P.S.T will usually ship that day pending authorization. Packages that are shipped standard should arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days. ewaay.com only ships and delivers on weekdays. Saturday delivery is available at additional cost.

To get the shipping cost, simply add the items to you cart then enter ship to zip code into estimate shipping cost and the total shipping will automatically be calculated. Please be advised that we ship all orders via UPS. If our web site is calculating an unusually high shipping rate in comparison to the amount or type of items that you are ordering, you can call us directly at 626-869-6080.

We do ship international such as Canada.

We accept Purchase Orders from government agencies, educational institutions, and selected establishments. To authorize the purchasing, you need to email a formal P.O. with a government or educational institution or and selected establishments letterhead to ewaayllc@gmail.com. Or you may fax 626-228-0857 or mail the P.O. to us. The Purchase Order must have the following information: Purchase Order Number, Billing and Shipping address, Contact Person, Telephone and Fax number, and Billing Terms requested. The Purchase Order must have a signature by an authorized representative.
